1. Acceptance of Terms
Magic Resume™ ("we," "us," or "our") provides an AI-powered resume building platform. By creating an account, purchasing a pass, or using our free tools, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Description of Service
We provide tools that utilize Artificial Intelligence to analyze career history, generate text, and format documents. You acknowledge that:
- AI Limitations: AI-generated content is a suggestion. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of all information on your resume before submitting it to employers.
- Service Availability: We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
3. User Accounts & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.
4. Payment & Refunds
We offer various access tiers, including time-based passes (e.g., 24-Hour, 7-Day) and monthly subscriptions.
- Authorization: By selecting a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the indicated amount.
- Subscriptions: Monthly plans renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You may cancel anytime via your dashboard.
- Refunds: Due to the immediate digital nature of our generated documents, all sales are final. However, we may offer refunds in cases of technical failure at our sole discretion.
5. Intellectual Property
- Your Content: You retain ownership of the personal data and career history you upload. You grant us a limited license to process this data solely to provide the services to you.
- Our IP: The Magic Resume™ interface, code, logos, and proprietary AI inference logic are owned by us and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
6. Limitation of Liability
Magic Resume™ is provided "AS IS." We make no warranties regarding the success of your job applications. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, including but not limited to fraudulent payment activity or attempting to reverse-engineer our platform.
