Meet the Founder
Dan Stilgenbauer, an Executive Director and Senior Lead Digital Product Manager in the financial sector, has been building Magic Resume™ since July of 2025, though the core ideas for these proprietary technologies go back to 2023.
He intimately knows the difficulties of landing a role when you are out of work. Sending resumes into an empty void only to receive automated messages is profoundly discouraging. The modern hiring process, driven by indifferent ATS bots and corporate filters, often feels cold and ruthless.
